This film was everything to me growing up. I was addicted to it and kept watching it over and over while playing with my toys.
I had all the toys from the movie and even drew on the boxes just like the opening scene with Andy playing with the toys.
But, I only had a plastic small version of Woody and couldn’t get the real version until 2014 from Disneyland In Paris along with Jessie. Even after all these years it still felt like a special moment.
Even Buzz Lightyear, I managed to get the official toy just a couple of years ago. They make me smile every day even as an adult with lots of responsibilities.
Toy Story had taught me to have fun even as an adult. Life doesn’t have to be boring or very serious all the time.
